How to ensure you receive SCS emails

Occasionally we will send an email message to everyone using the choir@solihullchoral email, instead of via the MailChimp system that we use for the newsletter. We know that messages sent this way don’t always reach everyone and can end up in spam folders, especially with the email providers listed below. This is a known issue – please read the below information and take the appropriate action to avoid missing important/urgent messages.
